Laurie Tarter, Psy.D., BCBA, LBA
Founder / Executive Director

Dr. Tarter holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Family and Child focus from Alliant International University, San Diego. She graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and a M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University. Dr. Tarter is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) practicing in California and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin. She is a certified PEERS Young Adult and Adolescent Social Skills Group provider.

The practice specializes in adolescent issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder across the lifespan, developmental delays with co-occurring mental health diagnosis, school issues, and assessments. There is a focus on the special dynamics that many families raising a child with special needs face.

Dr. Tarter provides individual and group therapy, assessments, behavior consultations, and IEP assistance. She has vast experience working with Regional Center, school districts, residential group homes, and juvenile hall and probation. Dr. Tarter takes a collaborative approach with families and provide resources to best serve each clients needs.

Mary Moua
Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Clinical Director of ABA Services
Mary is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with all abilities and their families. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. She specializes in telehealth, early intervention, transition to adulthood, caregiver and staff training, and treatment and intervention planning. Mary is bi-cultural and bi-lingual in Hmong. Passionate about cultural sensitivity and working with diverse communities, she strives to inspire her learners, foster their independence, and preserve their integrity. As Clinical Director, Mary looks forward to working with all individuals and families to provide them the best treatment possible.

Kimberly Woolery, M.S., BCBA
Senior Clinician and DIversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist
Kimberly Woolery is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with over 10 years of experience providing behaviour analytic services to the neurodivergent population. She graduated with a B.A in Philosophy and a minor in Psychology from Florida International University. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. Kimberly has specialized in providing services via Telehealth since 2013. She has worked tirelessly to adapt the Telehealth model to be applicable to Functional Behavioural Assessments, Early Intervention, Treatment and Protocol Modification, Caregiver Consultation, Staff Training and Supervision of RBTs and BCaBAs. Having been born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, she developed a passion for conducting research and disseminating how to disseminate and implement Culturally Responsive and Sensitive services in the behaviour analytic field. Her goal is to uphold the field to a higher standard of care than the norm to ensure that diverse families and communities receive the individualized care they need. She is a firm believer of incorporating compassionate care while working with her learners and their families, so that they can strive to live independent, authentic and fulfilling lives. Kimberly believes in taking a collaborative approach with the learners and families she works with.
